By accessing or using IhsanHQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. IhsanHQ is provided by IhsanHQ, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
IhsanHQ provides mosque management software including donor relationship management (CRM), QR-code based donation collection, prayer time management, program attendance tracking, and community outreach tools. The Service is intended for use by mosques, Islamic centers, and similar religious organizations.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account represents a single mosque or Islamic center. You may not share your account with other organizations. Mosque administrators are responsible for ensuring all users of their account comply with these Terms.
IhsanHQ offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro at $99/month, Enterprise at $199/month). Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Payments are processed by Payabli. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
IhsanHQ facilitates donations from your community to your mosque through Payabli, our payment processing partner. IhsanHQ is not responsible for the collection, disbursement, or tax treatment of donations. Mosques are responsible for ensuring they are properly registered as tax-exempt organizations and for issuing appropriate tax documentation to donors.
Standard payment processing fees apply to all transactions. IhsanHQ does not take a percentage of donations on the Pro or Enterprise plan.
You agree not to use IhsanHQ to:
You own your mosque's data, including donor profiles, donation records, and community information. IhsanHQ stores this data on your behalf. You may export your data at any time. If you cancel your account, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days of cancellation, after which it will be deleted.
IhsanHQ is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IhsanHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of donations, loss of data, or system downtime. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime where possible.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
